Corning | Nancy Anne Smith, age 56, of Corning, died Wednesday, November 12, 2014, unexpectedly.Nancy was built-in on August 15, 1958, in Corning, to Robert Gary and Mary (Geisler) Lamb. She affiliated James Smith, Jr. on January 23, 1982 in Corning.She formed in the Corning-Painted Post Middle School in testing accommodations. Nancy was a communicant of All Saints Parish, admired cooking, baking, gardening, canning, reading, horses, and spending time alfresco with her accouchement and added people's children. She admired animals of all kinds.She is survived by her husband, Jim; daughter, Leigh (Brandon) Donley of Corning; son, Andrew (Amanda Doan) Smith of Horseheads; parents, Robert "Gary" and Mary Lamb of Corning; sister, Cindy (Dan) Reid of Corning; two brothers, Curt Lamb of Rochester and Chris Lamb of Florida; grandson, Colton Smith; father-in-law and mother-in-law Jim and Joanna Smith of Marco Island, FL; brothers-in-law, Matt (Ana Paulin) Smith of Corning and Scott (Peggy) Smith of Pittsburgh, PA; sister-in-law, Kim (Dennis) Mryglot of Corning; aunts, Lois Yartym of Corning and Donna Taylor of York, PA; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her two Golden Retrievers, Guss and Chance.Calling hours will be captivated on Monday, November 17, 2014 from 3 pm until 6 pm at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc., 216 East First Street in Corning.
