About the Designer

The freeholder of Julie Lapham Designs, Southborough MA, is a National Garden Clubs, Inc., accepted adept adjudicator and a Garden Club of America (GCA) accustomed adjudicator for annual arrangement. She has won awards from both organizations, including the GCA's 2005 Katherine Thomas Carey Medal for outstanding accomplishment in annual adjustment education.
