Cindy sent me over a blurb and asked if I would post it for her. When it comes to homeschooling stuff, my ears always perk up to hear what is being said, so here's what Cindy had to say:
"I have a project that I think (hope) you and your homeschooling friends would like to know more about!
At the beginning of the summer I highlighted a program from Heifer International called Read to Feed on my blog SkiptomyLou.org .
I am finishing up this project with a "Bloggy Book and Craft-a-thon."
Over the next week I will be having some of the most creative and fabulous bloggers guest post on my blog, sharing their favorite book along with a complimentary craft.
Hopefully this will get everyone inspired to read and create while drawing some attention to a very worthy cause and also show our children they have the power to make a difference in their world!
