I have had the flu so I am behind on getting book reviews and other reviews posted. Please be patient with me as I get caught up on all those as well as get caught up on emails.

Four Foods on Friday #43

Here are this week’s four questions. This week they’re about fitness/physical activity/sports.

#1. What do you drink to re-hydrate in the heat or after working out?

water or tea

#2. What do you eat to help boost or create energy?

fruit and vegetables



#3. What’s the healthiest snack you eat?

fruit, vegetables, homemade granola


#4. Share a recipe or instructions for your ideal three course meal.

This is a hard question but my favorite would have to be...


a nice fresh garden salad topped with feta cheese and drizzled with homemade Italian Dressing

Followed by whole wheat noodles lightly tossed in garlic and olive oil mixture, topped with parmesan cheese and pasta sauce with a piece of whole wheat garlic bread on the side

and all followed up with the most fattening thing of choice... a piece of homemade pumpkin cheesecake like I made a few weeks ago.  YUM!!!
