Welcome to the August 4, 2008 edition of carnival of home preserving.
The Harvesting and Preserving Season is in full swing for many of us.
Friday evening, we came home to find a milk crate full of regular tomatoes and what was equal to another milk crate of Roma tomatoes. We know who it was that dropped them off. Without a doubt it was the local farmer that gibes us tomatoes each year and/or allows us to glean from his fields after his harvesting time is done. What a blessing he is to us!
I hope these carnival participants' posts will be a blessing to you this week.
Enjoy!
