First, let me say that I am not pregnant (at least not to my knowledge).  If I were, I would definitely use this spiral bound journal to record the pregnancy milestones, little tidbits, etc.

Looking back on my pregnancies I wish now I had actually kept a journal from beginning to end.  I started a journal when I was pregnant with my oldest and I never kept up with it. I started a journal when I was pregnant with my oldest son and again, I just never kept up with it.    I think it was due to the journals I tried to use. You probably know the ones.  Those oh so generic, clinical, and boring ones that you receive at your first prenatal checkup and are tucked into the bags along with a gazillion ads, some samples, and a few magazines.

Let me just say that THIS Journal is NOT boring  like those are!

No, you will find a Journal that is informative and giving you a day by day and week by week of what is happening to your unborn precious gift and your nurturing body. You are afforded spaces and pages throughout the journal to record notes of significance to you such as your first checkup and when you got to hear your baby's heartbeat for the first time; or record the day you felt the butterflies of those first movements and then finally the undeniable first kick.

Combined with all the information this journal has to offer and your handwritten notes, the journal is sure to become a treasured keepsake of your little one for years to come. He or she can sit back one day and relive what you were feeling when you were carrying him or her in your womb and anticipating the day of your arrival.

I can't wait to pass my copy onto a friend of mine. I know she is going to enjoy journaling her pregnancy.
