1/8 tsp salt

While water is boiling, brown the meat along with the salt, celery, onion, and pepper in a skillet. Once thoroughly cooked through, Drain and set aside.
In a lightly oiled casserole dish, layer half the cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with half the sugar, 1 cup of cheese, and half the meat mix , then 1 cup of cheese again and half the mushrooms. Repeat the layers and top it with the spaghetti sauce.
Cover with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1.5 hours or until heated thoroughly. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.

Thanks for the recipe!
thanks for the fun comments you always have for me :0)
mmm yum! THanks for posting this. Does it freeze well? My stepson would love this, but his schedule is so unpredictable that I usually end up freezing half of whatever I plan to feed him because his social life comes calling. :)
I've never frozen it, so I don't know. But... you can freeze the meat mix so you could make up some ahead of time if need be, store in seperate containers if you make more than just one batch, then just thaw and use a container as needed.
Thanks for the recipe! I'm using my own version of it to heat up some spaghetti leftovers for dinner tonight.
