LUNCH
Usually leftovers, sandwiches, or I'll fix us soup. I have made up extra sloppy joe mix for this month though and we'll have some sloppy joes. Oldest dd made up Five Way Beef Mix (which makes a great soup starter and is used for stew, soup, pot pie, and a casserole).
I did splurge a little this month and bought some breaded chicken nuggets and chicken strips for a treat at lunch for us. I sometimes by breaded fish fillets or fish sticks as a treat for the children for lunch.

Tuesday Pasta
Wednesday Leftovers, Soup, Salad, or Sandwiches (Wed. nights are hectic trying to eat, get out of the house and to church on time)
Thurs. Casserole
Friday Family Decision (could be anything)
Saturday Pizza night (homemade as we usually make two 14" or 16” pizzas and it all gets ate)
Sunday Chicken
Supper for this week is:
Monday Mexican Night
Tuesday Lasagna, salad, peach cobbler for dessert
Wednesday Leftovers, Soup, Salad, or Sandwiches (Wed. nights are hectic trying to eat, get out of the house and to church on time)
Thursday Ham, glazed carrots, mashed taters, green beans, rolls, blackberry cobbler... unless dh changes plans and takes me out to eat
Friday Vegetable-Cheese Casserole (uses Five Way Beef Mix)... switched Thursday and Friday meal since Thursday is Valentine's Day and I wanted something special for that day for my family
